This little Italian-style cottage home is a wonderful, romantic, get-away for a couple or a small family. The cottage has a master bedroom with a fireplace and opens to a large deck through double french doors. The master bath is a wonderful escape consisting of a two-person jacuzzi tub and separate shower all surrounded with marble tile.
On the upper deck, there is a beautiful view of the Gulf waters and a wonderful place to watch the sunrise or sunset.
Siena - Perfect retreat

Siena House is the perfect retreat in the perfect setting. Close enough to the beach, shopping, dining, parks, etc to be convenient, but far enough away to be so relaxing. Definitely on our list for a follow-up trip or two
Siena- Amazing Honeymoon Spot

The Siena house was awesome for my husband and I. We chose this location because we had been engaged in Panama City and married in Destin and wanted to be able to visit both of our favorite places. Our house was so cozy and just perfect for the both of us. Having two bathrooms was an awesome bonus for us. The jacuzzi tub was perfect to relax in after fighting the waves all day. We ate at some amazing food literally everyday... Some of our favorites were: Dewey Destin, Mimmo's Italian, Marina Cafe, and the Local catch. This place is a winner all around!

It suited the needs of our small family. Very close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Goatfeathers and Gulf Place. Certainly can use some TLC but had everything we needed for a relaxing week.
Siena - Very quiet & amazing

The Siena house was a very quiet and amazing getaway for me and my wife! The house was very quaint and had a great feeling that made us feel at home! The only problems that we noticed was the doors to access the back patio downstairs was very hard to get to lock. Great access to the beach and a short distance to Destin to access dining and shopping!
Siena - We really, really enjoyed staying at Siena House.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Goatfeathers has awesome sea food! The house was very clean and perfect for 2 people. It has a terrific and large master bedroom with lots and lots of windows and light. Wonderful large deck off of the bedroom has a large hammock. We would definitely book this property again!
Siena - Great Getaway!

Siena was a great place for my wife and I to get away for a few days. This little hideaway was perfect. Quiet, comfy bed, balcony off the bedroom was great for some morning sun and warmth (we had the coldest temps in that area in the last 20 yrs.), great view from the 3rd floor balcony, hot tub was relaxing. A short walk to the beach. Also great eating nearby with Goatfeathers, Stinky's, Local catch. Gave 4 stars only because house needed a little TLC maintenance wise.
Siena- A Relaxing Peaceful Get-a-way!

Our stay at the "Siena" exceeded our expectations. Sometimes you are not sure how a place will actually appear or feel like, and with so few pictures to go by, we just tried to read the reviews and read between the lines. We would say that after our walk through of the place that we were pleasantly relieved. We knew it would be somewhat small, but as long as the quality was there we would be happy and it was. It would help to add a picture of the bathrooms because they are excellent! But the one thing that stood out to me was the bed...so comfortable. So our overall desires were met and I hope others will have the same experience that we had. Also, there were very few people on the beach, so if you like some privacy, there is a good chance you will get it. Thanks so much!
Siena- Lovely Cottage in Great Location

The Siena house was really perfect for a getaway. The walk to the beach is about five minutes and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The area is very family friendly, but works really well for those without munchkins as well. The beach wasn't very crowded any day I was there and the sand was, obviously, gorgeous. At the cottage, there are a total of three outdoor areas that are each lovely. We spent many a morning having breakfast on the covered porch and many an evening trying to figure out how to lay in the hammock on the covered deck adjacent to the bedroom. :) Sunsets are incredible to watch from the 3rd floor deck. The interior of the cottage is really cozy and comfortable. The whole place could definitely use a fresh coat of paint or two and none of the remote controls up in the master bedroom seemed to go with the tv, dvd player, cd player, etc. They were also missing batteries, bizarrely. All in all, I would absolutely recommend staying here if you'd like a quiet, relaxing stay by the beach.

Had a very nice relaxing time. We loved the house especially the hammock. Beautiful view from the 3rd floor deck.
The only thing we did not like was the gravel road the house was located on that made it difficult to walk on.
